I didn’t receive the Router !!! I called O2 many times and every time they said you will receive it in 2 working days . And never received. I’m shocked about the level of service. In Germany!!!!! The activation date was 8th August.

If you forget to order the router than it takes longer…
If you have DSL buy a FRITZ!Box 75xx with Cabel a 66xx Router or a 6591 from AVM.

As schluej already alluded to, if you have ordered the router after the initial contractorder then the unit will only be shipped after the activation of the contract. If you ordered everything together we can of course take a look to check what is going on with the delivery of the router.
