I did not receive my credit for Netflix yet


Ciao O2,

Ho avviato un contratto per internet con l'offerta Home XXL e ho incluso anche  “o2 TV L” per 12 mesi di contratto con offerta promozionale per 12 mesi di credito Netflix. Mi sono registrato su o2 TV L quasi 2 settimane fa e ancora non ho ricevuto alcun SMS o e-mail per il credito Netflix.  Per favore , fammi sapere cosa fare.

I’m sorry, my original message was in English not sure what happened.

I started a contract with O2 with the promotion Home XXL with also included “o2 TV L” 12 months with the offer of 12 months credit for Netflix. I registered on o2 TV L around 2 weeks ago, and i still didn’t receive any SMS or email with the link for the Netflix credit. Please let me know what to do to get it.
