i did not get rabatt

i was told by O2 support on phone last week that i will get 2.59 euro rabatt till the end of my o2 dsl vertrag next year but i did not get this rabatt in this month rechnung ? my o2 contracted was terminated on 30th May but O2 extended my cccontract till next yeear without asking me and when i asked the reason they said we will give 2.50 Euro rabatt.i still have the o2 contract cancelation mail with me in whicch it was masnioned that my o2 dsl will be cut off on May 30th.now i got post from O2 that i extended my ontract which i never did so something is not right with O2.

delete your customer number.

You should see the 2.50 discount in the customer portal under Prices & Discounts.

This discount was probably a bonus for withdrawing your cancellation, if I understand correctly.

Is your question about wanting to receive the discount, or is it about wanting to cancel your contract?

yes i want to cancel my o2 dsl contract.the termination termin was last month.

Hello ​@kayawish24,

your early cancellation for 30 th of May due to a price adjustment from our side for your DSL contract, did indeed not happen. Linked to a request to have your conenction and number moved to a new provider, currently our IT is checking why the cancellation and deactivation did not happen and is trying to remedy this as soon as possible.

The cancellation of your contract is currently still delayed by an IT problem which leads to an earlier termination of contract being rejected within our system.

This is where the colleagues from our IT are working on a correction.

i told telekom to take all anfrage back from O2 that was making the problem.telekom also applied for my kunigung so please just accept my kunigund which i gave to O2.

The cancellation of your contract is being worked upon, if you are still planning to bring your contract and number directly from us to your new provider Telekom.

@kayawish24 Ok, if you have taken back all requests via Telekom, this will reach us from there.

From here in our o2 Community we cannot set cancellations of contracts, the colleagues from our  IT are working on a correction.

I see that the colleagues were successful and could move the date of cancellation as forward as possible to 29.07.2025.
