I cannot acces any data, slow internet, i want to cancel conract and cant!!!!

I want to cancel my contract but your website does not work and keeps redirecing me to Mein o2 App - which ALSO DOES NOT WORK. Immediately contact me or I will seek legal advice, since there isn't a single helpful person in this company. I can't even cancel the contract in a shop, as they apparently do not have access. This is a complete joke!!!! No email!!! What kind of company is this!!!! IMMEDIATELY CONTACT ME AND CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH YOU.

I bought o2 homespot which has been really bad, no speed, its always cutting connection, so then i bough a fritzbox router for the ethernet connection to my laptop so I can work, you promised me minimal 44mbps upload, and im geting 1.2mbps !! ARE YOU SERIOUS!

I sent a letter to your company and NO ONE CANCELED MY CONTRACT.

This is a scam, do not take anything from this company, it is ridiculous and expensive and misleading and you get NO SUPPORT:

 

Fix the website so i can log in to my account and change data!!

Please calm a bit down. 😉 I have checked it for you and see that you have both a DSL Home XL Flex and a Home M Flex LTE. We have received a termination letter from you for the DSL tariff and the contract will be deactivated on 01.08. 2021. We have already sent you a confirmation letter on July 11th.
We have not received a termination letter from you for the Home M Flex LTE. If you also want to cancel this contract, you can send us a cancellation letter by post or fax or use the new cancellation buttons on our website www.o2online.de -> scroll all the way down and click on "vertrag kündigen" on the bottom right or in the My o2 app and menu -> vertrag kündigen.

You cannot cancel your contract here in the o2 community.
