I want to cancel my contract but your website does not work and keeps redirecing me to Mein o2 App - which ALSO DOES NOT WORK. Immediately contact me or I will seek legal advice, since there isn't a single helpful person in this company. I can't even cancel the contract in a shop, as they apparently do not have access. This is a complete joke!!!! No email!!! What kind of company is this!!!! IMMEDIATELY CONTACT ME AND CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH YOU.
I bought o2 homespot which has been really bad, no speed, its always cutting connection, so then i bough a fritzbox router for the ethernet connection to my laptop so I can work, you promised me minimal 44mbps upload, and im geting 1.2mbps !! ARE YOU SERIOUS!
I sent a letter to your company and NO ONE CANCELED MY CONTRACT.
