I can't find how to transfer Internet contract from the renter to the landlord.

You can do the requested change of user right here: Vertragsinhaberwechsel

Therefore you’ll have to sign in to Meino2 at first. Please choose: “Ich bin Festnetzkunde” and use your landline number as a username. 

Then follow the steps provided.
