I can not see my invoice


I can not see my invoice . since months there is a technical problem. please solve it. Never ever O2…

Welcome to our o2 Community. 

Could you please try a different brower to check your invoice and if that won’t work please try the Mein o2 App (free download here)

and check if you can download the invoice via o2 App.

O2 app  is only for mobil phone. I can not registerwith my dsl number...

Even you answered without checking my problem ... you send me app to install. I do not want to use app from you ı want to see my invoice in 2 days

I tried explorer, firefox . It does not work. Should ı cahnge all my setup only for o2? No i will not to do this. YOU MUST SEND ME MY INVOICES.

@kafalifamily you o2 dsl contract don’t have the same customer number from your o2 mobile contract? If your o2 dsl contract have an extra customer number please register an extra mein o2 account.

I do not have any contarct than o2 dsl. I have only one email adress.

I get emails for my invoice but i can not see any şnvoice. Please stop asking me question solve my problem.

@kafalifamily did you have register your dsl contract with your landline number, PKK (Persönliche Kunden Kennzahl, personal customer password 4 digit)?? The link was in my posting above. Please choose: Ich bin DSL Kunde

I will not use o2 after my contract ends. Pleasei send me confirmation that you received my notice before 3 months contract ends. Best regards, Zeki Kafalı

Hello @kafalifamily,

if you have an urgent matter and want to solve it as fast as possible I suggest to use a contact way that offers ansers in realtime like for example or hotline, you can also contact us via chat or even WhatsApp. Here you will find all possible ways to contact the customer service.

Please also keep in mind that if you are using our online community you often talk to other customers just like you are one. So please be respectful to other people that try to help you.

If you encounter challenges to reach the invoice could you describe it as detailed as possible so we may have a look into it?

Since this is no support forum answers may take some days, sorry if this does not meet your expections.
