Could you please try a different brower to check your invoice and if that won’t work please try the Mein o2 App (free download here)
and check if you can download the invoice via o2 App.

if you have an urgent matter and want to solve it as fast as possible I suggest to use a contact way that offers ansers in realtime like for example or hotline, you can also contact us via chat or even WhatsApp. Here you will find all possible ways to contact the customer service.
Please also keep in mind that if you are using our online community you often talk to other customers just like you are one. So please be respectful to other people that try to help you.
If you encounter challenges to reach the invoice could you describe it as detailed as possible so we may have a look into it?
