Also one more help..i am getting this 45 MBPS Speed since beginning and i charged for 100 MBPS ...how can i get the refund for those months ?

I have requested a refund for you for the difference between the charges for the two plans (5 EUR/month).
In addition, the 10 EUR discount, which is no longer applicable due to the tariff change and is still valid until January 23, 2023, will also be credited with the refund.
