How to transfer my internet contract to another person

Hi Team,

I am moving to another place and there is already WIFI available, now I have to transfer my current O2 WIFI connection to a person who lives with me in my current apartment. She is already an O2 customer. So, how can I transfer the connection as well the contract on her name? I do not know where to start.

Need help urgently.

Lösung von Libertas

You can do it in your MeinO2 Area on the point Tarif & Sim Karte and there you go to “Vertrag verwalten” scroll down to “Vertragsinhaberwechsel” and now do what the form tells you to do.
