Hi all,

I’m gonna move into a new place, and the last tenant has used the DSL my hoom L with O2. He has aready cancelled his contract, now I also want to use O2 DSL in future.  But the address availability check gives no information. So, how should I sign a new contract online? Thanks

That’s of course interesting if the previous tenant used a DSL contract with us and now the address check says that nothing is possible there. What kind of building are we talking about here? Sometimes it’s just not 100% clear cut what address exactly has to be checked for the avaiability.

please don’t post any personal information like your address here, as this is a public space and everyone world wide can technically see this information.
It does look like it shouldn’t be an issue for you to order a DSL contract at the new address. What exactly do you still need help with concerning the booking?

And one more question, as my last tenant has ready used the DSL from O2, do I still need pay the connection fee when I start a new contract?

as it is going to be a new contract with a new activation, there will be the normal connection fee for the contract.
