how i can get from homespot to dsl

Hello everyone , I would like to get from my homespot subscription to a dsl one but when I tried to register on my O2 I keep getting an error, any idee how i can change my current subscription without being required to log in a account?

It’s great to hear from you and that you’re interested in switching technologies.

You’re currently logged in to the community with a prospective customer account. This means we don’t have access to your customer details and therefore can’t make any changes on your behalf.

You can either register again and link your account to your Mein o2 account, or contact support via another channel and have them handle the switch for you.
