Hello O2,

 

My contact phone number on the "meinO2” page is wrong. Since the technician that will come in a few weeks to install the infrastructure might need it, I wanted to change it, although there is no option for me to change this on the website. I tried calling the customer service, but I get an automated voice speaking German which just never stops. The chat function does not work at all, and when trying to get in touch with a real person via whatsapp, I usually get a response a day later which is then already closed again, since I did not respond within 2 hours after the O2 employee had responded. You must understand that I am not on my phone constantly, especially when at work. This message is my last hope on getting in touch with you guys. It has been three days now of struggling to speak to someone. It really should not be this hard to give you guys my correct phone number.

@LindavM Try tomorrow the WhatsApp Chat from o2. (Try in English) Here in the community you must wait up to 7 day for an o2 moderator.

Thanks for the response. I managed to speak to someone via WhatsApp. If someone else has similar problems, the best chance of getting a direct response is to WhatsApp them around 9:30 AM. If you message them at a later time, you can expect a response the next day around 9:30 AM and you’ll have till 11:30 to reply.
