Hi there,

We cancelled our Homespot plan back on the 26th April 2021 and was due to send back the router but have been distracted with other things and forgot to send it back. We have since been charged for not sending it back but have sent back the router late. 

Today, we received confirmation of return of the router and that it is being processed; would we be entitled to a refund of the charge once it has been processed?

yes, I think so! I’d recommend to let the return process finish and to give it another 2-4 weeks for the refund.

If you don’t receive the refund or further information during that time, please let us know here - we’ll then switch to personal messages to check on the status.
