Help upgrading to O2 my Home L Flex

Hi, I’m trying to upgrade my connection speed but the o2 website is a dead end and I can’t get through the support hotline

I have O 2 DSL Classic XS Flex and a Fritzbox7490, but would like to upgrade to O2 my Home L Flex

Can anyone help me get the upgrade or at least point me in the right direction?

Di you already check at our Internet Availability page if the desired speed is possible at your address?

Is the Fritzbox your own router or is a a router that you recieved from us and want to keep while upgrading your tariff? :-)

@o2_Lars Hello, yes. The speed is available in my home address and the router was provided by O2. I’d just like to upgrade to O2 my Home L Flex
