Fritz!Box 6660 stuck on connecting

I have installed a Fritz!Box 6660 in the medienbox with a cable connection from the splitter. The page is suck on ‘connecting' though. The contract has not been activated yet so I am not sure if it is setup correct or not. What can I do? The Fritz!Box did not work when plugged into a normal outlet with the supplied cable either.

If the activation date is in a few weeks it is normal.

If the activation date is in a few weeks it is normal.

The activation date is on 19.10.2022, 5 days away. When might the cable start working?
