Hi, I have already cancelled my O2 homespot contract and it is already cancelled aince August 2nd. Now my Konto was still deducted for the homespot payment this month. I want to confirm if this is already the final bill that will be deducted on my account?

U send the homespot back to O2?


there was no instruction how to send the homspot back on the letter I receive from O2. Also there was no minimum contract when we got it as it was a special offer to pay the price of the homespot in full so we can cancel anytime we want. 


So you pay about 500€ for the homespot?

Normally the home spot is for rent the it should be returned over https://www.o2online.de/service/retoure/

If the router is for rent then you pay for the router every month. Until you send him back.

It is important to know if you have a contract for 2 years or a one that could be finished after a month.


we don't have a contract when we got the homespot, it was a special offer where we paid for the homespot for 200 euros so we don't have a monthly rent for tbe router only for the internet itself. should i still return the router?

there is no need to send back the Homespot :-)

The device that @schluej refers to would be the 5G Homespot. We also offered the 4G variant that you were using and paid in advance. I am sure this was the last invoice you recieved, I assume it just covers the short amount of time until the contract had ended :-)
