I was very surprised when I received the first invoice for the O2 service for more than EUR$200!!!.
And the thing that is concerns to me is the high value for “Additional Costs” (Zusatzleistungen) for more than EUR$100.
Also O2 didn’t respect the agreed price for mobile lines with the costs of 19.99 each line and the values for DSL contract are not totally clear, I guess that I will pay more than the worst service that I received in my current location.
I hope that somebody from O2 read this and try to reach me to clarify the invoice received.
