Extra costs in the first invoice

I was very surprised when I received the first invoice for the O2 service for more than EUR$200!!!.

And the thing that is concerns to me is the high value for “Additional Costs” (Zusatzleistungen) for more than EUR$100.

Also O2 didn’t respect the agreed price for mobile lines with the costs of 19.99 each line and the values for DSL contract are not totally clear, I guess that I will pay more than the worst service that I received in my current location.

I hope that somebody from O2 read this and try to reach me to clarify the invoice received.

Welcome to our o2 Communtity.

I have checked your invoice and everything there is fine. There are two reason why you bill is higher as expected. 

You have a one time activation fee (einmaliger Anschlusspreis)  for your DSL which is 69,99 Euro 

with taxes (without its 58,8151Euro) and shipping costs of 9,99 Euro with taxes (on your bill its Versandkosten 8,3949 Euro) 

that the reason why  the first invoice is a bit higher as you aspected.  

 

 

Second reason: You have to take the discount into account, on this bill you have not the 100% discount, from next month on you have a 20 Euro discount on both of your mobile contracts.

So from next month on you have to pay 19,99 for each of your two mobile contracts and  22,98 Euro for your DSL contract which is 62,96 Euro in total for all of your three contracts.

Land line??? posted under Mobile Phone …  Both services or DSL only???

I have one invoice for my 2 mobile lines and for my DSL contract. The extra costs comes in the DSL section.
