DSL Upgrade options

welcome to our community. 

I checked your contract and right now there is no chance to change it. We can think about the upgrade 12 month before the contract ends at the earliest. If you need the unlimited speed because 100 GB is too less for working we offer a so called internet pack unlimited. It is charged with 14.99 EUR in additon to your basic charge and can be cancelled monthly. More speed can’t be granted at your address by now. It is just 16 Mbit/s available.

Hello @amashh,

you should find all necessary information and the possibility to activate this option in your “Mein o2” area of our online portal. IF you have not yet registered your landline number please make sure to do so. Please also logout of our community first or register in an inkognito tab to make sure there will be no issues with the cookies set by our server :-)

Hello Lars,

I dont see any options in Mein O2 to activate the unlimited internet. I can see other options such as for TV and sports but nothing for unlimited internet.
