DSL Upgrade

Hi,

I am currently using O2 DSL Classic S Flex. I found that O2 My Home L with 24 Monat Mindestlaufzeit is of the same monthly price as the one I am using but doubled bandwidth. I wonder if I could upgrade directly to the plan? I’ve already checked that it’s available at my place and the stored email of this account is active.

We’ll be happy to send you an offer concerning your DSL contract: Are there further contract options that we need to look out for like the router or entertainment package aside from just the switch to the my Home L?

I currently have a Homebox 6641, I think that’s good enough, right? And I don’t need the entertainment package. Thanks!

Hi Andrea,

 

Thanks for sending me the offer, it looks great. Just one question, the offer now “hat keine Mindestlaufzeit”. Would it be possible to get an offer with “24 Monat Mindestlaufzeit” as advertised on the homepage that could further save some euros?

this display is unfortunately still a bug, the contract has a normal contract term of 24 months.
