Hello, 

I currently have a DSL connection with a monthly cancelable contract. Could you please tell if there are any offers( for fiberglass internet) available for existing customers?

Since you already have an existing landline, would you like to extend this contract and switch to a fiber optic connection at the same time? That makes the most sense 😀

We can look for an offer for you and send it to you. Is the e-mail address you have registered with us up to date?

Please check whether fiber is available in your home 🏡

If so, would you like to rent a router from us or use your own? Is there anything else you would like us to consider?

​@o2_Kathi The fiber optics is available in the building, but there is no fiber optics connection inside the apartment.  What will be the cost of router? Yes, email address is up-to-date.

I have checked which fiber optic tariff we can offer you and the
o2 Home XL , o2 Home L  and o2 Home XXL tariffs are possible.

I have now sent you an offer for the o2 Home L tariff, with the AVM FRITZ!BOX 5590 Fiber router, by email.
The router costs a one-time fee of €49.99, plus a one-time shipping fee of €9.99 and monthly rental costs of €7.99.

The offer is valid for 8 days.
If you like it, you can accept it directly via the link in the email.
Please get in touch if you would like another offer with a different tariff.

​@o2_Maria Thanks the offer seems to be rather expensive, i will stick with current connection for now.
