Hi o2 community,

 

the technician failed to come today, I also didn’t receive any SMS, called the customer service they said they „will come“ I waited at home for 4 hours!

@Janelle0624 what technology do you use/get?  Cable or DSL Internet?  Which router are you using?  Have you connected the router to the line and are you perhaps still getting a signal?

Any update from your side? Are you still offline, or is everything fine by now?

If not, i would agree withJoe Doe, some info about your hardware (router modell etc.)  and which technology is in use would be very helpful.
