Hi,

 

My DSL has suddenly stopped working. It seems to be some problem with either the cabling or the router itself. How can I order a new one?

@Mikirod What kind of router you have? What is the status from all the LED’s from the Router?


Hi Joe,

 

My connection to internet is working again. I think it was probably an outage in the city and it got solved after a few hours. However, my Info led is intermmittently blinking red, although I think I entered my “zugagnspin” correctly (otherwise, I guess I could not be conntected to the internet). Do you know what the cause could be? Is there any way I can receive again my Zugangspin, just in case?

 

By the way, forgot to mention, my router is a HomeBox 6441.

I am glad to see that your DSL connection is up and running again, it might indeed have been a local issue that was fixed as fast as possible.

The tipp @Joe Doe gave you helped you with finding your DSL credentials, I assume? Or ist there still something where we should look into? :-)
