DSL plan upgrade without one-time connection fee

An o2 moderator can make you an offer to switch tariffs if the desired tariff is available at your usage address. 

As a rule, no tariff change fees are charged for changing to a more expensive tariff. No discount is usually granted on flex tariffs without a minimum contract term. The basic price for o2 Home M Flex is EUR 39.99, plus the tariff options you require, such as a rental router. See price list. 
Please check whether the e-mail address you have entered in ‘Mein o2’ is up to date. An o2 moderator will send you an offer to this e-mail address in the next few days or weeks.

I was unable to upgrade from my Home S Flex DSL tariff to the Home M Flex tariff at your dealer offices. They only offer "new" 24-month fixed-term contracts. As mentioned above, I do not want a fixed-term contract or to pay a connection fee.

How can I therefore upgrade my connection to the Home M Flex without paying a connection fee or entering into a fixed-term contract?

I sent you an offer by email. If you can’t find it just take a look at your spamfolder. Please take a look at it and confirm if you agree. There are no discounts or fees for the o2 Home M flex.
