I cannot request a DSL online contract as a O2 Customer.

The web page keeps failing when filling the form.

When trying to move to the next step from “Warenkorb” to “Anschluss” it fails.

Make sure you use a desktop browser like edge on a PC or notebook and that it accepts all cookies. 

Please note that o2 DSL tariff changes cannot be ordered via the o2 online shop.

The information from @blablup was helful.

I have some more questions:

  1. Is there a customer support number in English?
  2. I need to call customer support because I got an email from O2 saying that in order to process my DSL internet connection, I need to provide the following information:-
    • Data of the previous tenant 
    • First and Last Name 
    • Provider of the previous tenant
    • Telephone number and cancellation date

But I do not have that information available, I do not know who was the previous tenant of the apartment.

What can I do about this?

we also offer an english speaking customer support via phone, you can find it under the address @blablup already provided.

Was your landlord alreadx able to help you with the information we asked for? In case this information can not provided it is possible that the activation may take some more time or may be not possible at all.
