DSL not working for days and Telekom did not fix it for a month

Hello, 

The Telekom technician has figured out that there is outage from outside the house and it has been a month since. They haven't fixed it. Could you please help? In 45329 Essen, Germany

I’m sorry there’s a fault here. 
Telekom is already working on fixing it. 
Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do here, and we’re also dependent on them resolving the issue. 
As the message says, you’ll be kept informed about the next steps.
