Trying to figure out what the best path forward is here --
I had my O2 activation appointment yesterday. The technician couldn’t get into the electrical area in the basement and told me to make an appointment with o2 once I had the key from the hausmeister. I got the key and set up another activation appointment via the order hotline, but then received emails/texts saying my service was connected. As far as I can tell, having gone through the setup process twice, I am not receiving internet service in my apartment, and the technician needed to get into the electrical room to finish the activation, which he could not do.
Now I haven’t received the confirmation call / email I was told I would receive within 24 hours of scheduling the new activation appointment, and I worry that somehow my request has been invalidated because of my “activated” status. I keep trying to call the hotline, but the phone trees are all in German and I can’t seem to get ahold of a human, English-speaking or not. The only times I’ve been able to talk to an actual person have been when I’ve called the order hotline, which doesn’t seem like the right place for this, since my connection is now “active”.
What’s the best thing for me to do here? I’ve been a month without a proper internet connection and I’m going a bit stir-crazy
