DSL: no internet connection


My router led lights are ON (info, wlan, dsl & internet), however i am unable to connect to internet on multiple devices.

when I troubleshoot it says you do not have connection to internet.

I also get “sign in required” message on an android phone. When clicked it redirects me to this (Attached) page.

 


 Hello @nashav89 and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you recieve this splash page after trying to access the internet then there are two possibilites. The first one is, that you DSL connection has not yet been activated, the second on is that your actvation went wrong somehow and you have been connected to the wrong line by mistake.

If your DSL connection has already been activated I recommend to call our technical DSL team to have a look into this. You will find the phone number under step three on this page.

If you do not speak any german at all I suggest to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent :-)
