Router - fritzbox 7590 AX

No internet connection. I can see (in router console) how DSL connection is established and then immediately interrupted. Again and again. 

Tried reboot several times, checked account information. Everything is ok.

Can't reach support cause English support works only until 6pm.

Less than 1 week since I've connected O2. Not sure what I've paid for

Without a ticket on help. 


Okay now I see this shit. And I'm not a Vodafone customer and never had any contract with them.

What the hell is going on?

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

Are you still getting the same Vodafone page if you try to access the internet or are you able to connect now? If you are still getting this error, then it looks like something got switched and you might be connected to the wrong line. In that case you’d need to open a ticket with the technical department. As it is not guaranteed that you’ll get someone that can speak english there, do you know someone that might be able to translate for you?

No, this message disappeared. But again, there is no DSL connection. 

No, I don't have anybody speaking German. Can you open the ticket? 


@Mezh you must call the hotline. A Telekom technician accidentally switched your DSL connection to DSLAM when switching a Vodafone DSL connection.  Please be sure to tell us that you get or have get a Vodafone start page, where it says that your Vodafone DSL access data is wrong.  You have been connected in the DSLAM.  Please do not set your Fritzbox to factory settings.  Completely unnecessary and will not fix the problem.
