I have connection issue with DSL Router O2 box 6431 for past 3 months, no response from O2. I have case number: 587 337. It is very clear no DSL connection with Router. Is anyone assist here to resolve the issue. I have installed app and created the ticket number as ‘587 337’. I am not sure about next step, O2 customer number is just stupid machine repeatably asking to install the app for troubleshoot.

After you get “O2 customer number is just stupid machine repeatably asking to install the app for troubleshoot.” stay on the phone!!!! You will get an operator after that.

I am sorry to hear you encountered issues with your DSL connection. Having a look at the connection I am glad to see that the ticket that you opened with our DSL technical department on friday already was succesful and your DSL connection is up and running again :-)
