New DSL customer here. A technician was supposed to install my new DSL connection today between 12-16. However, I received this email just now cancelling the appointment:
“Liebe Kunde, am 22.11.2021 sollte ein von uns beauftragter Techniker Ihren Internet- und Festnetzanschluss installieren. Dieser Termin konnte nach unseren Informationen leider nicht stattfinden. Bitte rufen Sie uns schnellstmöglich unter der Rufnummer 089 78 79 79 400 an, um einen neuen Termin zu vereinbaren. ”

Calling the number, I could not get my way through to talk to someone who could speak English to me. I was wondering if there’s a chance I could get help here from the English-speaking support staff please?
