Moin Moin,
lease go to the “Unzugsformular / Move formular” on Mein O².
Then fill out with the address you move to, as requite in the form.
If O2 is not able to provide a line you have to pay 3 months (from “entering the flat”) and you are out.
I thing @o2_DSL will confirm this.
Hi @schluej
Thank you very much for your reply. I did the steps in on Umzug, Mein O². However, after I gave my new address (which is not avaiable to move DSL), it seems no other options except using the hotline.
I wonder if it is possible to handle the procedure here officially instead of using the hotline. Do I need to specifically contact someone here? Any suggestion would be great.
cheers
Hello @Junbo,
we will have a look into your issue. Therefore please let us have your new adress in a private message to @o2_Support. We also require your 4 digit personal identification code for legitimation purposes.
Kind regards
Giulia
Hello @Junbo,
thank you for providing the adress. This is probably a new building? Normally, the local network provider (mostly Deutsche Telekom) supplies the installation of telephone lines to new build appartments. The owner of the building has to apply for it. You should contact him for information on the state of supply.
As we can not supply dsl at this adress at the moment, you should apply for an early cancellation of your contract. It has to be sent in by letter, stating the reason for early cancellation (best in German language). We also need a copy of your registration certificate from the Einwohnermeldeamt to proof that you live at the adress.
Please send your letter to
Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg
Fax: 01805 - 57 17 66
If your contract is cancelled, we charge three month as you have a cancellation notice period of three months. If the cancellation is rejected (i.e. because the local network provider supplies dsl in the near future) you will have to move your contract to the new adress.
For any further questions, please let us know.
Kind regards
Giulia
Hello @o2_Giulia,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, It is kind of a new building. I will send a cancelation letter to the given address along with a registration certification of my new address. Many thanks to your kindly help.
