Good evening,

since some days my DSL is not working anymore. The button is off completely and the same is happening with the internet button as well.

I have tried to use the app to understand and solve the issue but it still charging and it cannot explain me how to solve the issue!

I cannot reach any person when I am calling.

could you please help me?
