Hello,
I have a question regarding freezing my DSL Contract for a certain period (around 6 months), due to a relocation, and reactivating it again after finding a permanent address in the new city. Is that possible? If so, what's the procedure to do that?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @alexmansoor ,
welcome joining our community. Unfortunately we can't freeze a DSL contract. Do you spend some time abroad? Then we can arrange an early cancellation.

Hi @o2_Manga
Thank you very much for your answer.
Not really, I'm relocating to Munich from Dusseldorf, and will be renting an AirBnb for a couple of months or so while I find a permanent flat in Munich. I thought it will be possible to freeze the contract while I was in the 'temporary accommodation' and restart it again when I move to a more permanent flat.
So, I assume that this is not possible in anyway, right?
Cheers,

Hi @o2_Manga
Sorry I have another question, is it possible to transfer the rest of the DSL Contract to someone else for the remaining period of the contract?

Hi @alexmansoor ,
you may try to transfer the contract to the next tennant but it is really necessary to do it online. Pls go to "Meino2" after you logged in and search for "Vertragsinhaberwechsel". Fill in the form and wait for reply if the new customer is accepted.
