DSL Endleitung

Hallo, Deutsch und Englisch sind nicht meine Muttersprache, aber ich fühle mich besser auf Englisch zu schreiben

 

I am completely disappointed with the DSL service. I’ve been waiting for approximately 2 months without internet and there are no good responses. I was told that the problem is on the Endleitung, but actually one technician from your sub-company has built one and he told me it works. Then I have to wait again for the Freischaltung. Please help me to figure this out, otherwise I’ll cancel my contract and move to another provider without caring that the Widerruf period is only available for 14 days. I’m not interested in other solution you’ll give if in case it doesn’t work.

 

I am a student and I really, really need internet.

@Muhammad Dany Khairyhaq hi. I don’t understand this sentence. Is your line now ready. Have you connect a VDSL router to the TAE box and check the line? And what exact router you use?

Hello @Joe Doe, last time a technician came to my flat and fixed the Endleitung, then after that he told me it’s fixed. Then he told me to wait for another few days to wait for the confirmation for the connection from Telekom and also the Freischaltung.

 

Yes, I’ve tried to connect to the TAE box from my O2 HomeBox 6441 (Astoria). I connected the yellow LAN cable to my laptop and o2.box automatically opened. It stays at “Bitte überprüfen die Verkabelung”. There is no light from ‘DSL'

did you have a german speaking friend who can help you? If not, call the hotline between 10:00 and 15:00 and ask for an english speaken operator.
