DSL deactivation

Hello,

 

I had deactivated my O2 DSL connection before moving out of Germany and had received a letter stating that the connection will get deactivated on 8th December 2021. But When i login on the portal it is still showing my connection is active. Can someone please help me with this. I have already moved out of germany hence i cannot reachout to local support. request you to please fix this issue as soon as possible and let me know if anything is needed from my side.

I was happy to have a look at your contract and can reassure you: everything is fine. As confirmed, your contract was canceled on December 8th, 2021. Since the line is always disconnected a little later, the contract will be displayed online for a few more days. But nothing is charged anymore. On your final invoice you will see that it was calculated exactly until December 8th, 2021.

@ViralGandhi Have you used your own VDSL router or rented one from o2? If rented , don’t forget to send it back. If not, you will been billed for the router. Use the o2 return portal for send back an o2 rented router.

Hello @Joe Doe , I was using O2 rented router which I had returned in November itself. Can’t you see this in your system? Please confirm. Thank you

The return of router can @o2_Giulia confirm the next days. Only user with @o2_ in there nicknames are o2 employees with full access to customer data.

your last invoice will be issued around January 1st, 2022. Your router was received back on November 13th, everything is okay :relaxed:
