Hello O2 community,
I have an DSL contract which was supposed to end yesterday. But today morning thru O2 app I notice that the contract has been automatically extended for another one year.
For the termination of DSL contract, I had sent the contract termination letter well in advance (6 months before) and O2 also acknowledged me by sending a letter.
so why did the contract renew automatically without my consent? I do not want O2 DSL contract anymore. How do I proceed? Can anyone please suggest?
