DSL contract cancellation confirmation

Hi O2,

I have a DSL contract from 13.08.2018 to 12.08.2020. I dont want to renew the contract and want to cancel the contract.

I have submitted cancellation notice online and called the helpline to confirm on the same.

But I didnt receive any mail confirmation. Please send the mail confirmation.

And I have O2 router which I will be returning it.

Please let me know should I be paying the monthly charges from June to August?

welcome to our community. Your contract will be cancelled to August 12th 2020. Up to this date you will be charged. The final invoice will be released in September. The router has to be sent back within three weeks after closing the connection. For a return label free of charge click here

Hello @Saran,

I recommend to send the router back within two weeks after the contract ended. :-)

Router is returned back to O2. Can you please confirm if any pending action from my end.

Have received mail saying Return process is completed.
