DSL activation

Hello, 

 

I’m trying to get in contact with you but nothing is working.

We are waiting the activation of the DSL. You called us once, we tried to call back 100 times, we used FB and also the chat (who is telling us to call you ?!?).

Is there a way to fix an appointment to get the DSL?

We booked it more than one month ago!!

Hello @mferra and welcome to our o2 community :-)

We can handle a lot of things here in this community. But as soon as it concerns time critical questions I can only recommend to use a contact channel that offers a conversation in realtime, for example our DSL hotline, our chat (not the facebook messenger) or WhatsApp.

If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent. If you want to know when its the best time to call out hotline have a look at this page and click on “Auslastung prüfen”.

I hope you already recieved all necessary information and the issue regarding the activation date is already solved :-)
