DSL activated today but no credentials due to email typo

Hello! My O2 DSL internet was successfully activated by a technician today. However, there was a typo in my email address during registration, so I never received the "Willkommensbrief" with my PPPoE router login credentials. I cannot call support. Could a moderator please help me get my DSL Benutzername and Kennwort? My contract number is EPOSxxxxxxxxxxx. Thank you!
