When I type in the DSL password, it doesn't work. No verbindung. In this place, there is this local network for local TV, but I want to use my router and internet. It's not working g since it was con ected on the 25/11/21 . THE ROUTER IS OKAY. CONNECTIONS SUPPER BUT NO INTERNET!!! WHAT COUL THE PROBLEM BE?

Hello @Katoyim,

welcome to our o2 community :relaxed:

I had a quick look at your issue, your homebox has to be reset to the factory settings once. You will find the reset button on the back of your router. It is labelled with “Reset”. Press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds. You then have to set it up again. Connect your PC/Laptop with the homebox via LAN-cable or via WiFi. Enter o2.box or 192.168.1.1 in your browser's address bar and follow the "Einrichtungsassistent" (setup assistant). You have to enter the 10 digit pin here, that we sent you with the order confirmation. If you still don't get a connection, please contact our hotline. Our support in English is available on 089 66 66 30 081, Monday till Friday 10 am - 6 pm
