Hello @hemraj thanks for your post. What exactly do you want to delete? Is the only reason, that your mailadress is not able to verify?

@o2_Micha I want to delete all accounts linked to current email address so that i can verify the email for a new DSL account. I think so. What else could be the reason for not able to verify email? It’s O2 portal so definitely you know better than me.

the verification of the email address is possible even if you use it as your login credentials in our community or our online portal.

Have you already registered your landline phone number? Maybe you were already able to verify the address? :-)
