Customer portal issue - My02 redirects to Business customer


Hi All, First time posting.

 

Last week I signed up for & received 5G Homespot M service.

I keep getting emails asking me to confirm my email address, when I do, I get redirected to the Business customer portal, but I am a private customer. 

My Login works on the main Mein o2 portal, but when I click “Mein o2 Startseite” it takes me to the Business login.

 

I’m quite confused and my German is minimal. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Do you have any other contracts with o2 aside from this new HomeSpot one, maybe even a contract that runs as part of our business segment?

Thanks for the welcome.

 

This is my only o2 contract in any country. The last time I had an o2 contract was in 2007 in the UK, and I didn’t have this email or phone number then.

 

The only thing that makes could be to blame is the address I used for the contract. It’s my place of work, but it’s still a personal contract.

Where did you set up the contract? o2 Shop or Online?

Hi @o2_Flo , It was all online via the standard shop front at “https://www.o2online.de/e-shop/tarif/o2-my-home-m-fms?zielgruppe=privatkunden

Hello @Verbose_Viking ,

Please register as "I am a HomeSpot customer" at the following link. It is important that you enter the mobile phone number of the my Home contract in the 2nd step. 
Only when this contract is correctly registered here, you can then log in with the contract at "meino2" and can then also confirm your email address via the link.
