Hello o2 community. 

I have been having this pending credit "Gutschrift" that has not been used for quite sometime now to offset my DSL bills. Can someone out there kindly explain why this is happening?

I have something that has been bothering me for quite some time now and i need some clarity.
I have a DSL internet connection and some "guthaben" that has not been used to pay off my bills. Why is it so?

What do you mean by different customer numbers? Is it safe to share my customer number on this platform?

That you have got the Gutschrift for a different customer number than the invoice.

No. Not at all. The gutschrift is for my customer number.

I agree with @blablup assumption that these are two different customer numbers. Do you receive different bills or has the contract already ended on which the credit is shown?
