Contract termination, Family moved out from Germany.

Hello,

Guten Tag.
I have been O2 customer for last 3.8 years. Now my family had moved out of Germany, and i am surrendering the Apartment by 30th September.

I requested to terminate the contract by 30th September through telephone customer care. I was asked to send a letter to Nürnberg. Hence i wrote a letter to O2 Telefónica Nürnberg 3 weeks ago. I have not  received any response.

Can you please do the needful to pre-close the contract by 30th September. I also need the letter to send the Wifi router back to O2.
