contract cancellation

Hello, 

I have an o2 contract for 1 year now (sim and DSL). Unfortunately i am moving to Canada in January next year. I would like to cancel both contracts. I tried to do so in an o2 shop but unfortunately it was not much of a help. I would like to know how to proceed with the cancellation. Thanking you in advance.

DSL contract. Remember to send back the dsl over the o2 dsl hardware Retouren portal. Link in cancel dsl tariff going abroad in the faq.

mobile contact: did you have mobile contact with mobile or sim only?

Hello Joe, 

Thank you for your prompt reply, i already did “notice cancellation” online and called on the provided number. The person told me that he would cancel it but my contract is still listed on meino2. Should i still send an official letter? And regarding the sim, its a sim contract only.
