I had a contract for a SIM router that I cancelled before the 14 days due to it not working correctly.
I received the letter of confirmation for the cancelation and waited for my money to be returned. 
But the money was not returned and you continued to deduct the monthly 2 euros from my account every month. 
I’ve called multiple times and they ended up giving me a voucher in July for the deducted money, but when I checked for August I saw yesterday that you deducted the 2 euros from my account, AGAIN

Could someone please cancel the automatic charge of my account????

I a msorry to hear there are issues with your bill. I had a look into it and as far as I can see the 2 Euros you are mentioning wre for a monthly hardware payment, is that right?

In that case I am glad to inform you that every step to solve this issue is already been undertaken and there should be no more monthly payments. Additionally the payments alreadybeen made will be transfered back to your bank account. :-)

Hm I just checked, @Wash, it was definetly the first time we mentioned this here in our community ;-)

Okay, just kidding.

I had a look into this, as soon as the payment is being processed you should also recieve a confirmation via email :-)
