Hello,
I subscribed an internet contract for DSL o2 Home 100. A technician came today and installed my router and mentioned to me to wait 10 minutes before connecting internet.
I also received an email from o2 with the confirmation that my line had been activated.
However, when i connect to wifi I have no internet. It says “connected without internet”.
Is there any additional step I should do? How can I get some help?
I tried to call the support number, but I don’ t speak german.
