Hello,

I recently subscribed to O2 to get internet. I received an email to confirm my email address. Unfortunately the link provided doesn’t work. “Dieser Link ist ungültig. Bitte fordern Sie einen Neuen an.”

This prevent me from accessing my O2 account. How can i get a new one ?

Hello @o2_Manga,

No i have not been successful so far.  I tried opening the link in another browser/computer but still doesn’t work. I still don’t have access to MyO2 account and the status of the purchase.
