Greetings,

 

I recently got a DSL subscription and entered a Croatian contact phone number during registration. However, the registration system didn’t recognize it’s not a German number, so now it’s all wrong.

 

Who do I contact to change the number? Post

 says to message o2_Support, but I don’t have the option to send a message there.

You can only write to the o2_Support Account when we enable this for you, I’ll be doing this in a moment and sending you a message to go along with that, you’ll find it in your inbox. Just answer us there about the change to your contactnumber.
