Hello,

 

I had attempted to change my installation date on Tuesday and got the email I’m attaching a picture of below yesterday but the link doesn’t seem to work. The current installation date is 11.11.2022 but it’s unfortunately impossible for me to be at home as I have an important appointment at work. Can i ask for some help to change the installation date if possible please?

Have you allready a contract which is registered at the webpage? 
If not, please contact the customer support to arrange a new techniciand appointment.
