this is a customer-assisting-customer community, not a helpline. o2_Mods just get into the discussion if other customers are unable to find a solution. If you need fast support: there is the English helpline from Mon-Fri 11 am to 3 pm.
And please stop offending the Mod who tried to solve your problem by forwarding it.

This is the most ridiculous response I’ve ever heard in my life.
you never answer the bloody phone, it’s impossible to contact you through WhatsApp from abroad and it is certainly impossible to receive a decent answer from you on this forum.
Instead of apologising like a normal costumer service, you blame the costumer for your incompetence.
